Everything about cockroaches frightened me to my core. On more than one occasion, I found a cockroach inside my apartment and simply packed my bags, and left to stay at a friend or family member’s home, fearing being chased and need to run away.

Cindy and I met online on Zoom so it was really convenient and easy to do. After the session, to be completely honest, there’s no emotional response anymore to cockroaches. They’re still super gross and ugly, not pleasant to look at, but I’m able to look at pictures and videos of them without my heart racing or feeling like I want to cry.  It's winter now, but if I have any difficulty in the summer, I’ll book a session with Cindy immediately.
